Day of Management

Starting at $4,500

PPG’s Crown package (For couples that only want Day of Management – begins 90 days prior to wedding date.

Includes: 8 hours only - hours of service based off of couple preference

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Professional Day of Wedding Planners onsite for up to 8 hours of wedding day management.

One in person meeting.

Plan/Facilitate vendor meeting.

Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!

Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!

DAY OF EVENT:

Become your eyes and ears - your personal concierge

Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, DIY elements, etc.) at the direction and labeled by the client*

Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns!

Assist with wedding party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, we will be there to help if needed.

Distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, attendants & family members.

Directing ceremony processional and recessional.

Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.

Distribute gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!

Based upon your decision on hours of service we can be there to arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.

Wedding emergency kit

**Each one of our packages is based on an average of wedding guest count between 125-150 guests (Guest counts over 150-200 and 200+ will have additional fees)

$250 per hour over 10 hours

$500 travel fee over 60 miles

$750 travel fee over 120 miles roundtrip

Deposit required: $1000 non-refundable

The couple and the planners are the sole channels of communication, and it’s the couple’s responsibility to disseminate details

Partial Planning

Starting at $7,000**

PPG’s Royal package (For couples that have date and venue and need assistance in securing vendors - six - nine months prior

Includes:  10 hours only

  WHAT TO EXPECT:

 Professional Day of Wedding Manager onsite for up to 10 hours of wedding day management

In person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!

Plan/Facilitate vendor meeting as well as vendor management

Create day of wedding timeline check list

Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.

Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!

Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!

Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your DMS vendor form and confirm their arrival times, confirm services booked and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.

Rehearsal coordination – to include dinner option recommendations as well as conduct on-site rehearsal.

Includes: 12 hours only - One hour rehearsal

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Venue search and tour​

Vendor search and selection

Vendor liaison for save-the-dates, invitations and signage

Professional Day of Wedding manager onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management

Prescheduled in person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!

Plan/Facilitate vendor meeting as well as vendor management.

Create day of wedding timeline check list.
